Summary:

The Assistant Trustee Sales Officer plays an essential role in supporting the default management process by preparing and managing foreclosure sales in compliance with legal timelines and client expectations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and committed to delivering accurate, timely service to internal and external stakeholders

Description of Duties:

• Review foreclosure sales for accuracy at least one week before the scheduled sale.

• Prepare and clear foreclosure files to sale, delivering timely sale results to clients.

• Maintain communication with clients, borrowers, attorneys, vendors, and internal teams.

• Manage IDS Projections, sale/publication date updates, and IRS mailings.

• Update and maintain client data in systems such as Vendorscape, Lenstar, LPS, Quandis, and Real Resolution.

• Handle departmental inbox, mail, fax, and phone inquiries professionally and promptly.

• May be asked to perform other tasks as needed to support the team or business. These duties may change based on the company’s needs.

Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years in foreclosure, default servicing, real estate law, bankruptcy, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Familiar with foreclosure systems like Vendorscape, Lenstar, LPS, Quandis, or Real Resolution.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Work Schedule:

The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position typically ranges from 20-22 an hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
