Summary of Position:
The Processing Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the efficient flow of legal and administrative processes. This position involves managing documentation, ensuring compliance with timelines, and maintaining accurate records. With a focus on precision and collaboration, the role supports both internal teams and external clients in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Description of Duties:
Maintain and organize files in accordance with compliance timelines.
Review and update client records and internal systems.
Monitor and manage file holds and status changes.
Coordinate and document sale postponements.
Provide information and assistance to clients and borrowers.
Perform accurate and timely data entry.
May be asked to perform other tasks as needed to support the team or business. These duties may change based on the company’s needs.
Experience and Skills:
Experience in mortgage or legal administrative work is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Schedule:
This is a 100% in office position requiring your physical presence Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position typically ranges from $15 - $17 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
